I'm in England too. Started CPAP six weeks ago. Starting to have some good days, but still been too brain fogged to get properly involved in this forum yet. I've got lots of really good information from reading here, though - a huge thanks to all the posters sharing their expert knowledge.

Try eating a banana - a doctor friend of mine suggested this and it has worked for me in the past
