I haven't checked the reports lately, but in general it seemed that my AHI was 1-2 higher when I would sleep on my back for a portion of the night. This means that instead of having an AHI of 2 or 3, I would be closer to 5 or so.

Well, to be honest, I don't know what the hell it bases it on! I have a HUGE amount of "Vibratory Snores" on my reports, but some occur even when I know I am wake. Some have said various things can trigger a "vibratory snore" event, such as coughing, moving your mask around, humming ( ), etc.

I am having this same sort of issue...so, your wife can confirm that the "Vibratory Snores" are true snoring, and not other noises being picked up by the machine?

I get some random hissing every now and then, too. I'm not sure what it is. I think it has something to do with me exhaling forcefully, but it seems to go away after awhile.
