You should not have an issue here. The only adapter you need is to convert the plug itself to the country you are in. I would not agree that all DME's do not like the Citrus wipes. Mine gave them to me and told me to use them all the time. Not to use anything else. They as supposed to be specially fornulated to NOT be damaging to the mask. Off the shelf wipes from your local super market are not safe with your mask...
