I have a question about leaks. I read somewhere about different masks have specific amout of leaks per the outflow. How do I find out that number. Per onkor my leak rate max is about 50 but mostly a bit above 25. Thanks

Thank you everyone. I feel I might have years to make up for. Even in my teens I never felt I got enough sleep. Good news is that I am feeling a bit better during the day. I am looking forward to waking up feeling rested. I have no memory of ever feeling rested.
