The climateline has a one month warranty. Your supplier doesn't know his business. Actually, the hose has a 90-day warranty, according to the ResMed folks. Give it some time. Even though you may not feel a big difference right away, rest assured that your body is feeling it. Remember, too, that it may take a week or more to get used to sleeping with a mask on. That alone will make sleeping feel different for you -- and, thus, may explain why you're not...

I've been using the ClimateLine hose from ResMed for just under a month -- and it worked fine, for a short while. In less than a month, though, it developed a huge hole near the fitting for the mask.
