My daughter has cystic fibrosis, and it uses by CheckMate SPO to moniter his oxygen saturation. It is an excellent tool to use when she feels like exercising or even when it is difficult to breathe and we want to check saturation. It lights up when you slide your finger in and off when you remove it...

Treatment for mouth breathing are available and can be beneficial, especially if the condition is caught early. If the tonsils are enlarged patient may be referred for ENT consultation. If the face and mouth is narrow dentist can use expansion devices to extend the sinuses and nasal passages open.
