Worth every penny I paid out of pocket for it. The DME provided me with a nonCFlex machine and it was hard to get used to, made lots of noise when I exhaled. I bought the Remstar Auto w/CFlec and it's like I don;t even have the machine oin when I exhale. I have it set on 2 also.
