I've got the same problem, doctor reckons it's "excess air" in the diaphraghm pushing against everything. Tried me on Losec for indigestion but didn't work - surprise, surprise! I think the diagnosis is right, as burping relieves the pressure a bit - but doesn't clear it completely until a big burp ...
