Re: The downside of weightloss
Congrats to all of you on the weight loss! Please share how you did it - any special tips other than eating less and exercising more? What exactly do you eat? How much do you exercise? I can't seem to make any progress.

Re: CPAP Pillow
Hi - I just started CPAP on Feb 14, and it didn't take me long to realize that I needed a different pillow if I was going to sleep comfortably. So, I invested in a Papillow. Not cheap, but it really made a difference in my sleeping, since I sleep on my side, leaning toward stomach. I'm doing much be...

Re: software
I just asked the same thing a few days ago! And got the same answer, but I'm so computer challenged, that I still don't know what I'm looking for. I asked my husband to explain, and I guess there is software that runs around $99 to purchase. But, I still don't know how the software disc that you put...

Software?
I really am a newbie, and admit to not being computer savvy. I noticed on profile page where you list your equipment, there is a place for "software". Not sure what that is referring to. I'm guessing there is a way to find out what is on the little data card, from your own home? I have looked at the...

Re: Cpap sleeping pillow with mask cutouts questions
As a side sleeper, leaning toward stomach, I invested in a Papillow, and it has helped me immensely. Not cheap, but worth it!

Swift FX mask size questions?
When I had my sleep study done, and they woke me up to give me a mask, it was a Swift Fx for her, medium. I did pretty well with it, even for never having worn one before. Two weeks later when I went in to get my machine, and instruction, the lady there said she thought I needed a Swift FX with larg...

Beautiful! I had forgotten how pretty CO is. We're going out there in June, I think.

Zest nasal mask - anyone familiar?
Hi all, I usually use the Swift FX for her nasal pillows, and am doing pretty well with it. About once a week I try to use the Zest, to give my nostrils a break, (they get a little irritated sometimes). However, I find the Zest to be noisy - I hear every breath I exhale. It sounds like waves hitting...

Re: newbie needs advice on getting used to cpap
Hi, I'm new too - in fact this is my first post! I'm still learning about CPAP since my first night was just Feb 14. One thing that helped me immensely was to invest in a CPap-pillow. I sleep on my side, tilting toward stomach, and I just wasn't sleeping well with my regular pillow. My equipment sho...
