I too was on the 1mg every two weeks, but crashed in about 10 days. My doctor tried .5mg every 7 days, but said my level was a little high to his liking. He then set my dosage at .4mg every 7 days. I have been on this dosage for several years now, and feel great.

I sleep on my stomach all the time. I use a contour pillow, and a Resmed Micro Mirage nasal mask.

I do not have any leaks from the mask into my eyes. The air is coming from through the sinus cavity and out through the tear duct. The NP did not know anything about the air through the tear duct problem, but the doctor had, thus the lowering the pressure to 11. Raising the pressure was based on my ...

I also have this problem, except it is my right eye. As a temporary solution I use a small piece of tape in the corner of my eye. My pressure was first set at 12, and now is a 15. I am currently using a Mirage Micro nasal mask. I have contacted my doctor, and was told some people have this condition...
