Hi,
I am new to CPAP - just finished my first week. I am a part side/part stomach sleeper (if that makes any sense). I think that I would like to purchase a new head pillow (not nasal pillows) to support me in this new adventure. Does anybody have any recommendations, please?

Second post and really don't know much about apnea yet. I've been on the system just over a month. REMstar System One with humidifier set at 5. Room temp 62 to 65. Hi, the medical supply company is going to send out a chin strap for me to try. In the meantime, I am going to increase the humidity once again. My doctor was encouraging. He told me that by losing 10% of my body weight I could reduce the AHI by 50%. Knowing that I need to be five or below gives me a pretty good idea of how much weight I must lose. It is not a guarantee, but he told me he has seen people reduce their weight and get off of CP...
