I actually was glad to find out what the problem was and that there was a cure or treatment that did not involve pills. I was going crazy cause i was so exhausted and i gained 90lbs eating to keep going at work b4 i found out abt my sleep problem. Perhaps u are stressed in part because of your sleep...

I have a similiar problem except i sleep more hours & what happens to me at 2pm is much more then "tired." To me its like having all the blood drained out of me, or like falling off a cliff. I think it was just confusing to me because i am using an apap machine so i thought there would be adjustments to the pressure, within the range that is set. OK, thanks. It is just that the air flow out the vent never changes. If i take a deep breath no change. If it take several rapid shallow breaths, no change, it i hold my breath for >10 seconds, no change. Does your equipment act that same way?
