Well, if you want to have all the bells and whistles on "standby" in case you ever need them, then I suppose you would want to look at the top of the line for each manufacturer, such as Resmed's S9 auto or the Fisher & Paykel Icon Auto or the PR System One REMStar Auto. Jackie999, I would not get too caught up on the 10 second thing in relation to your O2 sat. If you held your breath while on an O2 sat, you would find it takes far longer than 10 seconds to make any difference in your oxygen saturation.
