Snork 1 I have the same thoughts about the N-395 but it works and I don't have to borrow the scuzzy unit from the DME. As far as the alarm problem I was going to disable the speaker but instead I downloaded the service manual for the N-395 from Nellcor. It tells you how to disable alarms on page 4-7...

I have my n395 up for auction on ebay and I am having second thoughts about selling it. After reading Chuck's point of view I think I will cancel my auction and wait to see how the 7500 turns out.
