Re: OT: Smoking (or lack thereof)
Congratulations. I know cold turkey isn't easy. I quit cold turkey about 5 years ago. I found a website WhyQuit.com. It was great. It told me what to expect the weeks after quitting and gave me ideas on how to handle cravings. The thing I love most about not smoking is the fact that I can smell agai...

They told me it was a different prescription and the 5 year wait to replace the machine didn't apply. Before you say you can't get a new one it never hurt...

ResScan 3.13 detailed graph question
I am new to this software. I have figured out a lot by trial and error but I am wondering when looking at the events in the detailed graph section. I see that I have an obstructive event. My question is what is the number above the flag?

Re: How did YOU Resolve Your Mouth-Leaks? (poll)
I use the famous DIY Oral Appliance as designed by frequenseeker. I went to the local Wal-Mart and bought a cheap boil and bite. After molding it to the shape needed I used if for awhile then went to the dentist to have it checked out. He told me he didn't see a problem using it. Just recently I swi...

Re: Will try a chin strap first, rather than a new mask
After losing 70 pounds for some reason my mouth started to fall open at night. At first I thought my pressure was to high but after several tests I found out it was fine. I tried a chin strap it worked great. My mouth stays shut. The chin strap I use looks like a big ace bandage. The next problem. M...
