Maybe I should try a full face just to see if my leak gets better. According to the manual it says it only uses certain brands for the auto to work properly, if I use a brand not listed will it still be able to give me a good leak reading? Also you mentioned equipment for software, what does that do...

I replaced the nasal pillow to the smallest size and made sure the headgear was on a little tighter and here are my numbers from last night, Im excited because it looks like the leak is better, hopefully its good enough that I dont have to use a full face?

I paid $35 for it, the outside seems to be in good shape but who knows what the inside looks like, I was thinking maybe I should open it up or spray some disinfectant or something into the unit while its on.

I bought a machine off of craigslist, is that a good idea? Should I get it professionaly cleaned before using? My insurance doesnt cover so thats the reason why I purchased used.
