Maybe I should try a full face just to see if my leak gets better. According to the manual it says it only uses certain brands for the auto to work properly, if I use a brand not listed will it still be able to give me a good leak reading? Also you mentioned equipment for software, what does that do...

I replaced the nasal pillow to the smallest size and made sure the headgear was on a little tighter and here are my numbers from last night, Im excited because it looks like the leak is better, hopefully its good enough that I dont have to use a full face?

I did have to adjust the nasal pillow a couple of times because it was leaking but I do snore, I was hoping the unit with the nasal pillow would help me stop snoring, when I rented back in january I couldnt get a full night sleep with the full face, last night was my absolute first time with the nas...

so it would be like having two machines in one... can be used in either CPAP mode or in Autotitrating mode. I now have access to a Resmed S8 Autoset vantage system and a RemstarPro M series, both seem pretty darn complicated, if you had to keep one which one would you keep?

I see your machine shown in your signature area. Next time you are in your Profile go to the Equipment tab and choose the machine from the drop down menu. Also your mask when you choose one. I paid $35 for it, the outside seems to be in good shape but who knows what the inside looks like, I was thinking maybe I should open it up or spray some disinfectant or something into the unit while its on.

Just purchased a used cpap
I bought a machine off of craigslist, is that a good idea? Should I get it professionaly cleaned before using? My insurance doesnt cover so thats the reason why I purchased used.
