What is the best machine for easy inhale and exhale
I really need a machine that has a really good exhale, inhale transition and that does not have runaway pressure, I seem to experience that with the intellipap. thanks for the help!

What are exhale puffs? A scoring item offered on the DeVilbiss Intellipap machine that OP has. Will have to wait on Emelia to answer as she has same machine. Last night I had allot of exhale puffs as my reading showed this morning, why is that? What happen? should I be alarmed?

Just a suggestion, have you had your thyroid checked? A friend of mine had same type of symptoms and ended up having hyperparathyroidisum. Low vitamin D and high heart rate. There is a website about hyperparathyroidisum just type in that word and it should bring you to it. They are based in Florida ...

Question on AHI
My auto is set 9-16, my prescription is 10. Over a two week period my AHI have been between 8 & 10 per hour. Any suggestions on getting my AHI lower.

If your prescribed pressure is 10 I would have the settings at 9 and 11. Why was it set up at 9 and 17? Help!
I started having aerophgia, I have an auto adjust machine, my range is 9-17, my prescribed pressure is 10. last night my pressure went up to 16 and I woke up this morning with a stomach full of air. Should I lower the top range? I think it went up because of leaks.

Has anyone had to have medical or surgical intervention on their lower esophageal sphincter to correct it from letting air into your stomach/ If medical treatment other then surgery what type of treatment did they do? If surgery what was that like?

Is this normal
I have used Gas-X for bloating and gas, I pass gas but my stomach is still tight and bloated. I was told this is aerophagia by this forum, but has anyone had the tightens and hard stomach for days?

Let me encourage you!!! I tried many mask and finally the Hybrid is working, plus I got pad a cheek liners and pads to help with comfort. An Auto adjust machine and finding the right comfort with c-flex or smart-flex. I have smart flex and I keep it on 1 with inhale at 2 and exhale at 1. not sure if...
