Increasing pressure, no effect on AHI
I've been a cpap user for about 8 years, using it religiously every day. My old machine, which was a standard cpap, recently bit the dust. Unfortunately, I never monitored my data. With my new auto cpap I've discovered that my pressure on my old cpap was likely too low (it was at 11). However, I'm n...

Air blowing on spouse (mask recommendation)
Can anyone recommend a nasal pillow mask that doesn't blow air directly on one's spouse? My mask, which I otherwise love, shoots air out on my spouse if I happen to turn and face her while sleeping (I sleep on my side). It seems to me that there should be a mask that discharges air upward so that th...

Cigarette DC Power Adapter for S9 Elite
I'll be on a transatlantic flight that only has DC power ports similar to car cigarette lighters (15V I believe). Can anyone recommend a power adapter I should purchase to handle this. I do not presently have a battery and wasn't planning on getting one. Thanks!

Re: Help me interpret my data
I am feeling significantly better than pre-CPAP; however, I want to make sure that I'm getting the most out of my treatment. My AHI during my sleep study was a 42 and is now down to between 3.5 and 6 nightly average. I am not sure where I am worse. However, I'd guess that I'm worse during my REM sta...

Help me interpret my data
So here's a snap shot of a typical night for me (just started CPAP therapy a few weeks ago). Current pressure is 10. Any recommend changes or advice? Thanks!

Re: Have data - now what?
Here's some data - Pressure 8.0. Any thoughts/suggestions? Also, I can't locate the "Snore" reading.

Have data - now what?
So I have the ResMed software and am viewing my data. I also know how to adjust the settings on my machine - including pressure. Is there a tutorial/walkthrough as to how I should proceed (ie. how much to increase pressure, etc etc.)?

CPAP and travel
I just received my CPAP the other day and will be traveling by plane this weekend. Do most of you carry your CPAP on to the plane or pack it in your checked baggage? Have you run into any problems that I should be aware of? Thanks!
