Thanks for the info. I have not gotten the software yet. Yes I do want it and tried getting ahold of "Uncle Bob" with no luck. I am still really winging this machine and I don't know if I will be able to make any sense out of the software info.I am just not good without manuals.

well I went to read the sleep quality report for last night and it said 0 usage mask leak 7.2L. AHI--. Green smiley face. WHAT? Everything seemed to be working great. No leaks. Greatest night sleep. Is it common for insurances to say what kind of treatment????? Only had the whole thing one night.Nothing worked. I'm telling you we are LOST. I am one to read manuals cover to cover. This stuff came with a 5 step guide on how to make it work. Plug it in,Turn it on,Put face mask on, Lie down,Turn it off in the morning. WHAT????
