I have a DeVilbiss sleep cube plus and cover over the hose but I find there is noise is there anything I can do to reduce noise

can anyone help my pressures are 4 to 10 could you suggest smartflex settings for me
also my eye watering ,sneezing, running nose.If any one can help Iwould be greatful
