Re: My teeth are movin', man!
I would see an orthodontist. I think you need a hard plastic retainer. It will keep your teeth straight and are fairly comfortable (compared to when I was kid). They are more like a mouth guard a football player would ware than those pink things with a wire. Should only cost you about $200 and will ...

Chunky Frog - Mine were a somewhat-clear white, but they were the Maxx brand. I saw some hot orange ones, but they were the kids size. Rooster - do you mean nylon material? Does it really work? It would be easier not to use the ear plugs - but they are comfortable on the nose. I tried a strap type a...

How I stopped nasal leaks on my Liberty hybrid mask (and avo
After trying numerous suggestions, and only a few nights away from giving up, I stumbled across a method that nearly eliminated nasal leaks on my Liberty hybrid mask. Re: Humidifier doesn't hold enough water
Thank you for the replies. I can't imagine my tank has a leak, because the water would have to go somewhere and it isn't all over my night stand. I think everyone is right about the mouth opening problem. I think I might try the papcap with the chin strap. I am also debating trying another mask. For...

Humidifier doesn't hold enough water
This forum is the best. I knew more about my mask options than my home healthcare provider when I picked up a new mask last Friday. I opted for the Resmed Liberty (they didn't have the Hybrid, and the Liberty fit nicely). I am very happy with it, but am thinking of modifying it a bit. I end up with ...

Switched my machine to Auto
Hello everyone. I am new to the group (and CPAP) and I am glad I found this great resource. I did a sleep study about two weeks ago. It was a follow up study after avoiding CPAP for the last seven years after the first study showed I had sleep apnea. Accordingly, the study was to determine the appro...
