Afternoon Napping Again
My ahi displayed on my old Resmed S9 Elite reads between 5 and 7 most nights, but now I'm having a 3 o'clock nap again. Does this mean that I need to increase my pressure?

I downloaded the program and it runs on my iMac using Lion no problem. It took a while to get my data to to load, but that was my error.
Unfortunately, that's about all I can report as I'm not knowledgeable enough to understand what it's displaying.

The popstick idea is simple, but great.rested gal wrote:I've read on here about some people keeping a popsicle stick handy. When an itch happens, they insert the popsicle stick under the mask cushion to scratch the itchy spot without having to remove the mask.
