when i had Apria, they were constantly sending me a F&P HC385 chamber, when i needed a 325

Now the little local one, they are a hot mess.... I called the other day to order hoses and a chamber, they were not familiar with a CPAP using a short hose between the CPAP and the humidifier.

I would not bother with the 431, the 432 is the same as the 431 but has the grey foam cushion like the 407 has, the 431 does not have that cushion.

I have used apria through 2 health insurance companies.... UHC and now Cigna.

I learned very quick, CALL THE LOCAL BRANCH for anything. Cause the people at the call centers are clueless

OK, I got the new card, do i need to format it and then do setup?
will the programming of my settings stay in the machine and then sync over to the card? or will i need to load the settings onto the new card?

i went into encore and erased the card and then did setup. put it back in the machine and the beep continued, finally got it to stop.

a new card was on order last night.

OK, I have had this machine for over a year, and today removed my card to read it and had a heck of a time getting it back into the machine. every time i inserted it into the machine it would beep continiously and flas C 1 on the screen. After i think about 70 in and outs it finally stopped beeping....

If the power goes out i have no clue what i will do. I do not have a battery backup for my machine, or a generator.

If it does go out, and i got a generator, is it safe to hook my cpap up to the generator AC
