Re: Resmed S9 Humidifier Question
I just top-off mine every 3rd day. I never empty the remaining water each day nor do I take out the module to clean it. There's no need to. It's either filled with water all the time or just coming off from a full-fill. Due to the nature of distilled water, it will not stain and doesn't "dirty" anyt...

Re: S9 DC to DC Converter Now Available
I can just imagine how much of a rip-off cost this wil be considering what they charge for a replacement AC power plug/setup. Thanks for posting this anyway, since I'm sure there are folks that do require DC capabilities at any cost.

Re: Spare Power for ResMed S9 Autoset
Thanks, although I'm not looking for a battery or battery backup solution, just the OEM power/plug. Although I'm pissed at the cost, my replacement power pack/wires arrived the other day, so I'm set for having the spare power at the campground.

Re: Anyone That Doesn't Feel Any Better After Treatment
this_is_nascar, In addition to finding out that there are others who don't feel better shortly after starting CPAP, you need to also look at your own work on making CPAP work for you. Here are several questions you need to ask yourself: 1) How often do you use your CPAP machine? And how long each n...

Anyone That Doesn't Feel Any Better After Treatment
I was diagnosed with AHI of ~31 during my studies and it was determined that my machine needs to be set a "9". I've been using the machine for well over a month so far. The machine shows my AHI to be in the 1.5-3.0 range now, versus my 31 during my test. Anyway, I had expectations of feeling so much...

To each their own I guess. The same argument could be made about the bed linens, pillows, etc.

Re: cpap in the hospital
Assumng your insured, not sure why you folks would be lugging your CPAP to the hospital. I agree, it will never be a comfortable as your own, but the mask and hose is brand-new, still in the packaging when it get placed on the machine.

Re: Spare Power for ResMed S9 Autoset
Maybe I wasn't clear. All I want is a spare AC setup so I don't have to take the power cord with me. I'm not looking for a DC/battery operated solution.
