Another option is to ask your dentist to write a script for the machine/mask.
Just ask the doctor (whomever write the script) to put down '99' for # of times to dispense. Makes it easier for future re-orders/replacements.

I flew Delta on Wednesday and had no problems. They did not open the bag or question me on the # of carryons. I am sure you will be just fine. NEVER pack it in your luggage. For plane travel, I use a Pelican Case (1420)..small enough to be 'legal' for carry on with all the airlines. Had a Pelican 1500 but that was too bulky, but would fit the CPAP and humidifier. I am able to fit the machine, mask, cleaning wipes into one case. I also tuck in a copy of the script and TS...
