As for leaking, obviously I can't tell while asleep, but I usually sleep in a way so that the mask is almost pressed into my face, making me believe that I shouldn't have many leaks. Air Flow Difference
I've been using Swift LT pillows to good effect. They have pretty small air nozzles and seem to pace the air in nicely. Can anyone describe the air flow rate feeling difference when mouth breathing through a mask vs nose breathing through pillows? Straight hose air inflates me real quick. Thanks.

I wasn't clear. I am not having any problem with claustrophobia even at 4 cm. Lots of people do however. I was just wondering if some people experiencing claustrophobic feelings might actually be hyperventilating. By slowing down their breathing the feeling might pass.

I second the comment on the colonoscopy. I was worried about it too but the procedure itself was VERY easy. Countdown from a 100 to about 97 and then wake up done. Hi all, first time poster here. Been on the CPAP trail since December. This site is way better than any help the Dr or DME has been. Thanks for that.
