Well...last night was my 3rd night on APAP. I knew things were not going well on the 2nd night when my wife woke me up after some "gagging" sounds that were followed by about a minute of silence...52 seconds to be exact. I believe it is set at it's full range...4cm-20cm. I just looked at data from last night and it was similar to my previous night. I managed to stay off my back for most of the night, so the longest event was only 34 seconds.
