Pain upon waking

This isn't really a CPAP question but a sleep cycle question. I can't seem to separate reliable from self-serving info on the web when it comes to sleep advice. However, my experience with this group has demonstrated that the information offered here is easier to evaluate. This is a phenomenon that ...

Before I started CPAP therapy, one of the major benefits was supposed to be better control of my blood sugar levels. Well, now that I've started, I wake up with levels about 20 pts higher than before. Previously, my ...

Re: Impetigo

Please be careful about using Neosporin unless you KNOW that you don't have problems with it. Neomycin, one of the three antibacterials, can be highly allergenic to about 20% of the population. Use Bi-sporin, Poly-sporin, or something similar. You don't really need the neomycin component for an effe...

Questions From a Newbie

Hello. I'm new to this and have a few questions. I've already learned a few tricks from reading the boards, but I still am wondering about some things. There seems to be a limit on what I can post so I'll try to be succint. BTW, I have a Respironics M series w/Aflex. (Big twisty button in the middle...
