I'll use tap water in the future, the water will be filtered through a carbon activate filter to reduce chlorine and some mineral from the water. Time will tell if my decision was right or wrong
Thanks for your feedback guys.

Distilled water really needed ?
I am wondering if it is really needed, the water never stands for long in the humidifier tank, and obvioulsly the water dont stand in the climateline. Being really worry I would pour some vinegar in the tank to disolve any residue left by the water. I am using a Brita purifier for the water and I kn...

Re: insurance refuse APAP
My 95 percentile pressure is at 15.9. The insurance isn't from the province but from my employer. I managed through the human ressource of my company to force the insurance to cover the apap but based on an exception valid for one time only. So all is good, I was just surprise by the refusal of cove...

insurance refuse APAP
My insurance at work refuse to pay for a APAP, looks like they would pay for a cpap. It is common for an insurance to questionned a specialist on the kind of treatment ? They based their decision on the fact that study apparently shown that only 2% of the peoples with sleep apnéa needs an APAP becau...

Re: ReScan Data
Homer....you have the software, right? When you download, the message box appears and you would normally click on "Start Download." However, this doesn't give you ALL the data. In the download box, look for the "Select" button and choose the second option and make sure the drop down listed says "al...

Re: ReScan Data
Are you looking at the detailed graph and not just the summary? The detailed graph will show small leaks that aren't big enough or long enough to really register in the summary graph. However, if you're not sure the leak line is telling the truth....test it! When you put your mask on tonight, creat...

Humidifier H5i water reservoir tray
I realised while going through the documentation that the water tray is supposed to be replaced after something like 6 months. Excuse me but I am not buying that, its totally ridiculous or there is something I dont understand. The aluminum and the plastic can last many years if you take good care of...
