Wow! Two nights with an AHI less than 3, AI of 0! And I am awake today. I awaken feeling refreshed and am not sleepy during the day. Please, oh please let this continue! I never knew only 8 hours of sleep could be so rejuvenating.

I have found that Visine-A Eye Allergy Relief eye drops (yes, EYE) makes a great nasal spray. It clears up congestion quickly but doesn't have the side effects commonly associated with non-saline nasal spray use.

Hmmmm. interesting. having been married 25 years, it never occurred to me that dating/sleepovers would be an issue. I would definitely be interested in continuing a relationship with someone that showed understanding about the need for cpap!

Just curious, who struggles with cpap ,or hasn't improved yet, but sticks with it because of the advice and stories on cpaptalk.com?
