In another thread I discovered that the S9 Elite that I have a receipt for is actually an S9 Escape. Now I understand why the screens on my machine do not match the ones in the manual and why I can not see my AHI number. Should I still be able to use ResScan 3.12?

It is so small that I was overlooking it thinking it was just a dial indicator. It says "Escape". Mystery solved. That means that I did not receive what I was told.

On the back label it says S9. There is nothing indicating a model that I can find.

So even though my receipt says I have the S9 Elite it must be one of the other models.

I ask because mine does not seem to be like the ones I read about. I downloaded the ResScan software and the S9 Elite Providers manual. In the manual and in posts here I understand that I should be able to see my AHI on my machine's display. This is what I see, http://jenady.smugmug.com/photos/11286...
