Re: Reviews of new AirFit P10 Resmed nasal pillow mask thread
Disclaimer - I am not encouraging you to buy anything from the link I posted. I do not know anything about the store. I only posted the link because it was the only place i could find selling the clips online. I got mine from my home care provider.

If your mask keeps stretching out try asking to get a set of AirFit P10 Headgear clips. I think the Part number is 62962. I got a set of these today with my new mask setup. I found this online to describe what I am talking about: https://www.cpapclinic.ca/CPAP-store/ResMed/Replacement-Parts/AirFit-P...

Some people told me, "just keep it on no matter what". Well, I tried laying there with it on, but forcing myself to keep it on only caused some very long anxiety filled nights of little to no sleep. Very discouraging. So, this is the best behavior modification that I could come up with. All I can s...

I have trouble keeping it on for a full night also, so I empathize with the original poster. In the middle of the night, I take it off and am only faintly aware of it. Half the time I am not even awakened for any particular reason like the restroom. I am fully aware of all the health risks and that ...

I used my Swift for the first time last night. I used Ayr, put in some netting, routed the hose up and used larger pillows than the DME thought I should. These were all suggestions from this website and I will tell you that I slept much better than I did with the Activa, which was very poorly. 1-3 h...

[quote="WindFlyer"]Anatha: One thing you might want to try if you're new to CPAP is strapping on the mask and switching on the machine while you're still awake in the evening watching TV or something. I found it really helped me adjust by doing this so that when I laid down to sleep at night the mas...

Waking up ALOT also...
I am having this problem also, only, before using CPAP and before diagnosis, I never actually woke up. I would sleep straight through the night, and never realize that I had really poor quality sleep. If I did get up to use the restroom, I would fall right back asleep. Since i started CPAP 3 weeks a...
