I have used Provigal and it made me jumpy. Nuvigal has been a god send. I have MS which fatigue is a big factor.

The mask is not that tight when I fall asleep.

I decided to try my Bi Pap again. I woke up after 2 hours and the side of my head with that side of my face and that sinus hurt badly. It hurt to touch the whole right side of my head. If I loosen the mask there is a leak. Any answers or tips?

They gave me a sleeping pill to take for my test.
