It's not clear whether the soreness began before or after you started Cpap... if it started earlier, you need to talk to a doctor (another one?), get an x-ray and whatever else they may suggest, because you don't fool around with chest pain no matter how minor (or not) it seems. It's not like muscle soreness for skeletal muscle, its like my lungs or breastbone feel like I can't inhale enough air....like my lungs are tight or something. It gets worse with anxiety.
