I'm a bit late with this, but I simply slip a feminine hygene minipad under the strap that contacts my neck. It works very well, and stays in place all night. May look funny, but nobody sees me when I'm sleeping! I might add that my pressure is pretty high, 22/18, so I have to cinch down my headgear...

You've confirmed my suspicions, it was my understanding from the fitting instructions that the mask should fit under my chin. There is no way that can happen with size Small on my face!
