I was just reading on Web MD that there is a surgery that has been OKd by the FDA that is called Pillar Palatal Implants that are inserted in the throat I think. Hi WC! I also had been using the Swift nasal pillows & had problems w/ mouth leaking. I used a chin strap but I don't believe it was much help.
