I agree Goofproof. FF masks do change our face a bit. I have very oily skin and there are nights where I have to take the mask off and clean it at 4AM due to leaks. Once around the seal (and my face) with a Kleenex alcohol free anti-bacterial wipe usually does the trick. Could be that just re-adjust...

I also use the Resmed Ultra Mirage and have great success with it. It's easy to adjust and easy to get in and out of, plus it has a quick release for making early morning runs to the Loo. I also use a Hans Rudolph 7600 VIP76 Full Face Mask on occasion. The Hans-Rudolph has no "exo-skeleton" so to sp...

Yep, reader was plugged right into the computer, no hub. Never unpulgged it once I installed it. Read okay for about a week then just stopped. I would have to disagree about USB readers. I've been programming and reading smartcards for years and never had an issue with any serial port device. Anytim...

Well, after much testing I found the root of my problem. I installed Encore on 2 other computers and got the same results (Not a valid Respironics Smartcard). Looks like my reader was bad. I ordered a serial version of the reader from CPAP.com, got it today and I was able to read my card immediately...

Got my ResStar Auto about 2 weeks ago. Got an Ultra Mirage FF mask with it (I'm a mouth breather). Fiddled with that for about 5 days and could never get a correct fit. It would work fine for the first half of the night then about 4 hours into the night (when the pressure got up to about 15) I alway...

Not a Valid Respironics Smartcard?
Got my Remstar Auto a couple of weeks ago and ordered EncorePro from CPAP.COM. I've been successfully downloading my data every couple of days and analyzing it with MyEncore. Today when I went to download my data I get the normal window click okay and the little file transfer window that normally po...
