I agree Goofproof. FF masks do change our face a bit. I have very oily skin and there are nights where I have to take the mask off and clean it at 4AM due to leaks. Once around the seal (and my face) with a Kleenex alcohol free anti-bacterial wipe usually does the trick. Could be that just re-adjust...

Got my Remstar Auto about three weeks ago. My DME told me that as soon as the new M series auto came out the regional rep rep said he would trade the Auto for the M series auto at no charge.

Well, after much testing I found the root of my problem. I installed Encore on 2 other computers and got the same results (Not a valid Respironics Smartcard). Looks like my reader was bad. I ordered a serial version of the reader from CPAP.com, got it today and I was able to read my card immediately...
