I do at times, Julie....I go from being on my back to sometimes being on my side...but it doesn't mean anything without some type of test to see if my apnea events are less or my O2 changes...hence the title of my post.

Not everyone will have significant desats in terms of Oxygen levels enough to earn the OSA diagnosis. There's more to OSA than just oxygen levels.
