Re: From the neck up...
Though still red, my eye is definitely much better today; not watering at all and certainly more comfortable--and I'm sure that's thanks to not using the mask last night. I did try the nasal pillows, but was again unsuccessful. However, that will be a relatively easy fix, thanks to those of you who ...

Re: From the neck up...
Thanks again. I guess I took it literally when I said yes, I would like to be kept logged in on this computer! Someone asked what kind of humidifier I use. It's a Respironics System One Heated Humidifier, but I don't see that type listed. Then again, I have presented myself as anything but a technic...

Re: Leftover water
I considered that, but aware that a little black cloud seems to hover over me, I worried that one night it might work as directed and burn out if I put less water in than directed.

Leftover water
I always, always have at least 2/3s of my water left from the previous night. What happens if I add more to it instead of throwing it out and starting fresh?

Re: Help me to design a new machinery for u!
The "cosmetics" suggestion was a good one. These things are so darned ugly that the only "positive" I can imagine is that a burglar would be scared away if he saw me in mine. Surely there is a way to make them less hideous. I feel as though I'm a gas warden during World War II!

Re: Help me to design a new machinery for u!
Size-adjustable nasal pillows so they can be completely individualized and will NOT KEEP COMING OUT! Also, a built-in eye mask with the option to keep eyes moist while the machine is in use.

Re: From the neck up...
Thank you so much! I'm embarrassed to say that it never occurred to me to read the manual, even though I'm a librarian....just goes to show you how awful I feel. Thanks again. I will read on!

From the neck up...
...I'm a mess...migraines, asthma, eye and sinus problems, and now apnea. Today is one of those miserable days in which everything seems to be happening at once. My sinus problems are quite bad this morning; one eye in particular is red, swollen, and watery. Could the mask and machine be making thin...

Re: Alternative to nasal pillows
Thank you all! I think I am finally on the right track (technologically speaking) due to the incredible help of those who help run this great site. Soon, I hope to be on a better track physically, thanks to all of you. This is a godsend.
