I personally can't use masks like the Swift FX etc as I get that suffocating feeling. I have a Zest Petite nasal mask now and love it. Finding the right mask is more than half the battle I think.

i had the same issue with the zest resting on the top lip and blowing air into my eyes and honestly it was the mask was too big. Now I would NEVER normally think I would need a "petite" size in anything, but for this mask I do.

I hope you are able to find another mask that suits you better

my first mask was a Zest and I had the same issue with sore/bruising under my nose. I ended up getting the Petite size mask and find that is MUCH better. I stayed 2 nights at my parents house for xmas and they are both very heavy smokers. I've just set my machine up back at home and the air comming out of it smells pretty gross. I've got it running in the bedroom to just cycle some air through it but is there anything else I could try??
