i voted 70 and lower. my o2 went down to 75 then they put a cpap mask & cpap on and my o2 continued to drop to 70. it was stabilized around 85% with cpap. i really want to buy an o2 sensor for at home to keep track of it

i have somewhat the same problem, i get dark circles and swelling when i use my nasal pillow mask. they stay all day long. the only relief i can get is using my ffm. sorry i don't have any suggestions to help you, just wanted to let you know you are not alone

That makes a lot of sense to me. I know when i use nasal pillows my nose gets scrunched up and seems to stay that way. so now i am using a ffm and and my nasal pillow( 2 nights with each) and the problems seems to not be so "bad".

i ordered my pap cap 2 days ago and got it in from cpap today. maybe its cause i ordered a medium/small. i will try it out for the first time tonight.

melatonin is a good sleep aid, but if you have trouble with depression or SAD then i would stay away from it. It can make those worse.
