That is a Serial port card and uses a PS2 mouse or keyboard port for power. There is not many new computers that still uses Serial ports anymore. I use a $3.00 card reader from ebay...works fine. I doubt there's anything "special" about the Resmed reader. I could use the reader in my printer or the one in my monitor for that matter. Aha! That's a hard call, but I would format the card and see if that cures the problem. (formatting will erase it)
