Your O2 saturation is the measured oxygen level in your blood. It is usually in the high 90's and your qualify for supplemental oxygen if it is below 85%. I'm going to my doctor tomorrow for the first time since I started treatment and am going to see if I am fitting the mask correctly and then ask about other options. The swift seems like a reasonable option if the breeze isn't doing the job. Thanks for the input.
