Since i have had my cpap (just over a week) i have a very hard time falling asleep .. when i do get to sleep ..i wake up without the mask on. .so i called my doctors office at the sleep center .. he prescribed Rozerem 8mg .. i have had two nights on it so far .. NO LUCK .. - just want sleep .. wonde...
