Gorilla Tape has gotten me through the weekend. I will be calling my DME today! Thanks to all for your input!

Replacement Hose

So, it is 3:30 am and somehow in the middle of a sound sleep, I roll over on my hose and it breaks. My wife is sleeping so I don't want to disassemble the whole thing and wake her up, but I am guessing that my rolling over on it stretched it out and it broke it somehow. Guess I will figure out how i...

Re: Swift FX Nasal Pillows

Thanks for the feedback. I had no real idea what to look for as a reason to replace my current pillow. It appears to be in good shape still. I have no leak, no discoloration, etc. Sounds like I will keep this new one as a spare for a few more months and keep using the same old one until it stops wor...

Swift FX Nasal Pillows

How often do you change your nasal pillows out? I have been on mine for less than 2 months and I just got a new one from my supplier. I feel my old one is just breaking in so I am thinking of keeping the new one for a spare for awhile. What has been your experience with changing out your nasal pillo...

Re: Software?

Hawthorne - thanks for the information. I figured as much! I got the cheap machine...guess I will live with it for now until my insurance will pay for a better one. The good thing is that I am sleeping better, feeling more rested and not keeping my spouse up with my snoring!

Software?

I am rather new to my CPAP (just about 2 months). I am finally getting some good sleep and comfortable wearing my mask not only for nights but even when I take the occasional nap on weekends. I have seen posts here about different software you use to track information about your sleep. I would love ...

Re: Which mask is the right mask?

Thanks for all the feedback. I ordered up a new mask the Swift FX (looks like the most comfortable nasal pillow mask). Ordered it yesterday and wasn't expecting it until next week but I got it TODAY! I tried it on and it is so light compared to the mask I have been using. I can't wait to give it a t...

Which mask is the right mask?

How do you know what type of mask is the best to use for you? I am a newbie, only my 5th night on my CPAP. I was given a ResMed Mirage Micro Nasal Mask with my machine. When I am at full pressure (14) I get some leakage around the bridge of the nose. Have worked the last few nights on minimizing the...
