I snore badly, but what got my attention is that my sons said I was holding my breath while sleeping. My wife also said that as I grew older (54 now); my snoring has gotten worse. These last 3 months, I have been falling a sleep in the middle of the day. 3-4 PM. I'm a software developer....desk job....
