Well, it has been nearly a week and I DO find that I am sleeping better. No longer am I waking up in the middle of the night and staying awake for 1-2 hours. Thanks for the encouragement.

Just a question..... the inside of one of my nostrils has developed a sore. Any suggestions on what to do?
