Re: ResMed AirSense 11 AutoSet or ResMed AirSense 10
I’m curious how people are handling the issues with the heated hose pulling out of the back of the A11? I just canceled my order for an A11auto after I was told they don’t issue heated hose because they have had too many issues with it pulling apart.

I would also recommend packing a go back of a month supply of meds for you and pets. If you city is offering parking in the garages during the storm take advantage of it. I have lived in various coastal areas and weathered many a storm. preparation is key. Judge each storm individually to determine ...

Re: Used supplies
When I first started on CPAP I had really good insurance and I hourded all the supplies I could get. When I lost my job and my health insurance it was a godsend. The kindness of others here in the group as well as, CPAP auction and Ebay have kept me up and running. I have insurance now...but I reall...

Re: Climate line and sweating
i don't think it has anything to do with cpap. I would try to reduce the temp in the room you are sleeping in. Also when you are on CPAP and getting deep sleep you move around less...so that could be part of the problem you are not moving and getting to warm and sweating. I would start by reducing t...

RESmart™ Auto CPAP Machine with RESlex with Heated Humidifie
Anyone here using one of these machines? I am thinking about it as a travel machine. However I am pretty impressed with the new Resmed Climateline Max with O2 inlet. I am having some major surgery later this year and will need the O2 inlet post-op. Maybe I should just get a second S9 Autoset and cal...

No is the plastic part that tears not the coils. I will have to get some of that wrap. I use that on my animals. We call it vet wrap.

Climateline hose tears at cuff
This makes hose number two. I guess I can't really complain because they are lasting a year at a time. I put some silicon tape on it until I can replace it. I have insurance but they are sooo expensive. I think I will either check out our host or check ebay. Anyone got a climateline they want to sel...

I will share with you that I was titrated at 8...but I got Autoset...so when my symptoms started return again. I was switched to auto 10-15. I stay around 12 most nights. So I am glad I got the Autoset and not the Elite because I can self titrate and adjust as needed. I would really push for the Aut...

Thanks for the comments. I have never had a cavity (49 years old) - and the smell is all over my body, noone is complaining about my breath. I rinse my sinuses with saline solution regular (10 times in the past 3 months), have not had a cold in 5 years. Not sure what to take pictures of... I shower...

I keep all my extra stuff in a plastic tub with a lid in the closest. I have a printer table as a night stand that has shelves. I have plenty of room on the top for my machine, quart bottle of distilled water with squeeze lid, clock, small clock, eye glasses and remote for my fan. Everything else is...

Re: How to approach doc about trying a-pap.
You don't have to tell anyone if you experiment - how will they know unless you tell them? My machine records it. LOL. . .and like I told my kids when they were growing up. . .it's a family curse. . .we ALWAYS get caught. **laughs** But seriously - they made sure I knew that the pressure is always ...
