Re: mandated doctor appointments for supplies?
Thanks. It turns out that this is what my supplier does each year. It's pretty annoying. I'll have my primary doctor add a note in the future.

mandated doctor appointments for supplies?
I've been using a CPAP machine for 13 years. The only time that I had to see a doctor was when, at the ten-year mark, my machine broke and I needed an order for a new one. So I saw my ENT in 2019 and just got a call from their office saying that I need to come in to see him again. I called my supply...

I'd thought about reducing the pressure. Why is four the lowest pressure? The pressure I was given was ten; it's still set there. I use the Sleepyhead software. I was wondering what I should look for. The AHI score is all I'm familiar with.

CPAP machine no longer needed? How to tell...
My husband and I have each lost about 50 pounds since we were diagnosed with sleep apnea years ago. We have the Resmed S9 Elite CPAP machines and I installed the Sleepyhead software. I noticed recently that I had about five days in a row with an AHI score of zero. My husband recently had surgery and...

Re: Newbie - Software for my CPAP machine?
Okay. This is where I am with trying to upgrade my CPAP machine. My doctor wrote the prescription for the Resmed S9 Elite. The place where I got the S8 Escape was confused as I'd just gotten that machine less than a month beforehand. They've let me know that the insurance carrier will not pay for th...

Newbie - Software for my CPAP machine?
I got my first CPAP machine this past Tuesday. It came with a ResMed data card. Does that mean that software can be used with my machine? And if so, where do I get the software?
I'd really like to make sure that I'm getting the most benefit out of my CPAP machine.
