I'm 29 and have been on CPAP for 7 years.

That's exactly what it is. Actually it's pretty inexpensive on Amazon. I may just buy one there.

I'm not actually sure - basically it's a hose between the main hose and the mask. It's about a foot in length and much skinnier.
